1- The Gift Cards shall be redeemable at Grandiose physical/Digital stores across the UAE.
2- The Gift Cards have an expiry period and shall be valid for 1 Year from the date of
activation.
3- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for Cash and/or Cheques.
4- Partial redemption of the Gift Card is allowed, and the balance will remain in the Gift
Card.
5- In case of a damaged Gift Card, a new Gift Card will be issued by the Gift Card Issuer to
the end customer.
6- If the Gift Card is stolen or lost, neither will a new Gift Card be issued nor will the
money be reimbursed in any manner.
7- Balance information on a Gift card could be obtained by visiting any Grandiose physical
stores or during checkout process on Grandiose app/ website.
8- Provider email address for support in case there is an issue with the code
